AWS CloudTrail Supports Cognito

The Amazon Cognito service lets you authenticate, store, and sync mobile user data in the cloud without having to create backend codes or maintain any infrastructure. You can choose to save data on your device so you can use it offline, or you can synch it online so that it is accessible with other devices you control.

AWS has announced that CloudTrail can now be used to monitor Cognito. You can track any creations, deletions and config changes made to identity pools and Cognito Sync. You may also create CloudWatch alarms for given activities in Cognito, and monitor them through SNS or email.

This feature is available in Asia Pacific (Tokyo), EU (Ireland), and US East (N. Virginia), and you are only charged for your use of Cognito.

If you want to know how to setup Cognito and your own monitoring system for your enterprise, Contact our PolarSeven cloud specialists today.
