AWS has launched the AWS Config Rules Repository in GitHub. AWS Config Rules is a community-based source for custom-made rules. These rules let you continuously verify that the resources listed in AWS Config all follow your specified guidelines.
The AWS Config Rules Repository speeds up automated monitoring by letting users access to a community’s worth of rules. Not only are the source codes for each rule open, they also come free of charge.
You can start building your custom rules in the Repository by reading this guide in GitHub. For more information on how to create a secure monitoring service for your enterprise, contact us here at PolarSeven.
